CLASSICS TIME

Alona's Dream Records has pre-orders up for the

BORED YOUTH - ARE YOU ALIVE 1982 LP

Naturally we can't pass on a classic like that so we put in an order for a few copies and Chris told us he wants to give our copies a SPECIAL treatment so they STICK OUT from the rest. How awesome is that?! Thank you Chris!!!

So keep your eyes on us if you want to get a copy that's even more limited than the pre-order version he is putting together.

Although I have to say that a screenprinted cover is nothing to sneeze at and you can even choose between black and clear vinyl.
If that's your kinda thing you should hurry and pre-order your copy here now. I sure did!

In other great news the records from Radio Raheem / Painkiller aka ABUSED, BREAKDOWN, HIGH & MIGHTY, SACRILEGE are finally in transit towards us.

There's even a slight possibility to get some No Thanks LPs. The original shipment was lost but we might get a few copies when 50% of us are in the US in march. We'll keep you posted about that.

Cockney Rejects & The Business 7"es though have still not arrived with us and might be lost too. Damn fucking postal service. What's wrong with them? How do you lose a package? Where did it go? Anyway we decided to wait a little longer and hope the records will arrive but if they don't Ugly Pop will send our order again once the repress is in. While that is very generous of them we really hope the original shipment will show up so no one has to take a hit.

Stay Alert!

The first review for the Hangin' Tough 7" is online:

Stageload Jan. 7th 2014

“I’m just like you, just with better shoes. Because i wear my heart on my feet“. Sneaker und Hardcore? Geht immer! In den nachfolgenden Songs geht es dann beinahe ausnahmslos um das Straight Edge – Dasein sowie dessen way of life. “This is a struggle we will always win. So fuck you!

In other more sad news the No Thanks LPs that were listed as coming soon are definitely lost due to idiots working at either german customs or DHL and the singer for the band, who sent them to us is for reasons unknown not able to talk to the postal service about a refund. No idea what the problem is. Instead I always get the same answer she claims to be getting from her post office over and over again. The package is in Germany which according to german customs it is not anymore. Totally bummed about the hit we had to take on that. Money gone and no records. Sucks!

Also it looks like our last order from Ugly Pop Records got lost. The first time we ordered from them there was no problem so I guess this is again on behalf of german customs or DHL. WTF?!?!!? But we are still trying to sort it out with the label. Maybe they get returned to them. We'll keep you posted.

And the last bit of bad news is that for whatever reasons I am not getting a total for my combined order from Radio Raheem & Painkiller Records. It's the same guy behind both operations so I asked if he could send everything together so we could save on postage and therefore get them to you cheaper. He wrote it would be no problem and that he would get back to me with a total… Several weeks and emails later…. Still waiting for that. No reply anymore at all. What's up with that?

I feel cursed….
